TV2Broker Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of all TV2Broker websites, software applications, integrations, APIs and related services (collectively, "TV2Broker"). By accessing or using TV2Broker, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

"We", "us" and "TV2Broker" refer to Core Technology & AI Co., the company that develops and operates the TV2Broker platform. "You" refers to any person or entity using our services. TV2Broker is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product; we do not provide financial, brokerage, investment or trading services.

2. Description of services

TV2Broker is a subscription-based software platform developed and operated by Core Technology & AI Co. The platform provides cloud-hosted automation, integration and notification tools that you can configure to connect with third-party applications and services you already use. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• TradingView to MT5 – forwarding user-created TradingView alerts and strategy signals to MetaTrader 5 accounts that you control.
• MT5 to Telegram notifications – sending account and platform notifications from MetaTrader to Telegram channels you configure.
• Telegram to MT5 copier (TM2MT5) – relaying signal messages from Telegram channels you choose to MetaTrader accounts you own.
• MT copier – replicating user-defined actions between MetaTrader accounts that you control.

TV2Broker is a technical automation and integration service only. We do not provide broker services, custody of funds, investment advice or trade execution. All actions performed through the platform originate from your own configurations and are executed on accounts and platforms operated by third parties you have chosen (for example, your broker, MetaTrader, TradingView or Telegram).

3. Business model

TV2Broker generates revenue exclusively from software subscription fees and optional license fees. We do not receive commissions, spreads, mark-ups, revenue-sharing or any other compensation from trading activity, brokers, exchanges or third-party financial platforms.

Subscription fees grant you access to the TV2Broker platform and its features for the period covered by the subscription. Payment is processed through our authorised payment service providers. Payment of subscription fees does not create a financial services, advisory or brokerage relationship between you and Core Technology & AI Co.

4. No investment advice

TV2Broker does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice. Any signals, alerts or strategies processed by TV2Broker originate from you or from third‑party sources you choose (for example TradingView strategies or Telegram channels). You are solely responsible for evaluating any signal or strategy before using it.

Nothing in our services or on our websites should be interpreted as a recommendation to trade, to use leverage, or to follow any particular strategy.

5. Risks related to third-party platforms

If you choose to use TV2Broker in connection with trading, brokerage or financial platforms, you acknowledge that those platforms are operated by independent third parties and are subject to their own terms and risks. Use of such platforms may involve the risk of financial loss, including the possible loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results.

By using TV2Broker you acknowledge and agree that:

• TV2Broker is software for relaying information and commands according to your configuration; it does not analyse, recommend, guarantee or manage any investment.
• Slippage, spreads, liquidity issues, latency, technical problems and market gaps on third-party platforms can all cause results that differ from expectations.
• You are fully responsible for monitoring your third-party accounts, credentials, API keys, margin levels and overall risk.

6. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for all activity on your trading accounts and for keeping your platform credentials and API keys secure.
• You are responsible for choosing which signals, Telegram channels or TradingView strategies to use with TV2Broker.
• You must ensure that use of TV2Broker complies with the terms of your brokers, TradingView, Telegram and any other third‑party services.
• You must use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

7. Service availability and disclaimers

We aim to provide stable and reliable services, but we do not guarantee that TV2Broker will be available 100% of the time or be free from errors. Our services may be affected by, for example:

• Maintenance, updates or changes to our infrastructure.
• Internet, hosting or connectivity problems outside our control.
• Issues with third‑party services such as brokers, TradingView or Telegram.
• Bugs or technical faults which may not yet have a known fix.

TV2Broker is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• TV2Broker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages, including loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
• TV2Broker shall not be liable for any trading losses on your accounts, whether caused by market conditions, technical issues, misconfiguration, latency, slippage, duplicated trades, missed trades, or any other reason.
• In any case where our liability cannot be fully excluded, the total aggregate liability of TV2Broker related to your use of the services shall be limited to the amount of fees you paid to TV2Broker for those services during the one (1) month period immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Third‑party services

TV2Broker connects to third‑party platforms such as brokers, MetaTrader, TradingView and Telegram. Those services are operated by separate companies and have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy or behaviour of any third‑party services.

10. Payments and Refunds

TV2Broker is a subscription-based SaaS product. All fees are payable in advance and grant access to the software for the subscription period. Prices, billing cycles and accepted payment methods are shown at checkout and may change from time to time.

Refund requests are handled in accordance with our separate Refund Policy. You are responsible for inspecting, reading, and understanding all service details before subscribing. If any service is not clear to you, please contact our support team for clarification prior to your subscription.

11. Changes to the services and to these Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of TV2Broker at any time, with or without notice, for technical, legal or business reasons.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Effective date" at the top shows when the latest version came into force. If you continue to use TV2Broker after changes are published, you agree to the updated Terms.
