Technology Provider Statement

1. Our role
Core Technology & AI Co. is an independent software development company. TV2Broker is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product that we develop, host and license to users.
We provide cloud-based automation, integration and notification tools. Our customers configure these tools to connect their own accounts and services. We do not participate in, control or influence any financial transaction.
2. What we do NOT do
- We do not operate as a broker, dealer, exchange or financial intermediary.
- We do not hold, receive, transmit or custody customer funds or financial assets.
- We do not execute, settle or clear trades in our own name or on behalf of customers.
- We do not provide investment advice, portfolio management, discretionary trading or financial recommendations.
- We do not guarantee profits, returns, investment outcomes or trading performance.
- We do not issue, price or underwrite any financial instrument, contract or derivative.
- We do not provide credit, margin, leverage or lending facilities.
- We do not receive commissions, spreads, mark-ups or revenue sharing from trading activity.
3. How the platform works
TV2Broker allows users to create rules that relay messages, alerts and instructions between applications they already use, such as TradingView, MetaTrader, Telegram and selected third-party platforms. All instructions are created, owned and controlled by the user.
Any action that reaches a financial or trading platform is executed by that third-party platform under the user's own account, subject to the user's agreement with that platform and its operator.
4. Business model
Our only source of revenue is subscription and license fees for the use of the TV2Broker software. Fees are not based on trading volume, number of transactions, account balance or any trading outcome.
Payments are processed by authorised payment service providers. Core Technology & AI Co. appears as the merchant of record for all transactions.
5. Compliance with payment network requirements
We acknowledge the requirements of Visa, Mastercard and our payment partners regarding acceptable merchant activity. We confirm that TV2Broker is a technology service and not a financial, brokerage, trading or investment service.
We maintain clear Terms and Conditions, a Refund Policy and a Privacy Policy that reflect this technology-provider model. These documents are available on our website and are provided to all customers before subscription.
