TV2Broker Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

TV2Broker is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform developed and operated by Core Technology & AI Co.. We provide cloud-hosted automation, integration and notification tools that you can configure to connect with third-party applications and services you already use, such as TradingView, MetaTrader (MT4/MT5) and Telegram.

We do not provide financial, brokerage, investment or trading services. We do not hold customer funds, execute trades in our own name or recommend any investment strategy.

2. Our services

Our main services include:

• TradingView to MT5 – forwarding user-created TradingView alerts and strategy signals to MetaTrader 5 accounts that you control.
• MT5 to Telegram notifications – sending account and platform notifications from MetaTrader to Telegram channels you configure.
• Telegram to MT5 copier (TM2MT5) – relaying signal messages from Telegram channels you choose to MetaTrader accounts you own.

This Privacy Policy applies to all TV2Broker websites, software applications, APIs, integrations and related services, including any future services we add.

3. Data we collect

Depending on how you use TV2Broker, we may collect and process the following categories of information:

• Account and contact details – such as your name or nickname, email address, Telegram username and basic billing information when needed.
• Platform account identifiers – for example MetaTrader login, broker server name and internal IDs you provide to link your third-party accounts to our tools.
• Automation and signal data – messages, alerts, open positions, pending orders, order history, P&L, risk settings, symbol names and volumes that are processed solely in order to forward or relay them according to your configuration.
• Technical and usage data – IP address, browser and device type, timestamps, error logs and processing logs generated by our systems.
• Payment information – processed through our payment providers (for example Stripe). We do not store full card details on TV2Broker systems.

4. How we use your data

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your TV2Broker account.
• To connect your third-party accounts and communication channels (TradingView, MT4/MT5, Telegram) to our automation tools.
• To receive, interpret and forward user-defined alerts and messages between the platforms you have connected.
• To send you notifications, confirmations and reports about activity on the connected accounts.
• To monitor performance, troubleshoot errors and improve the reliability and security of our services.
• To comply with legal, accounting and regulatory obligations where applicable.

5. How we share information

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only when necessary to operate TV2Broker and to provide the services you request, for example with:

• Your chosen brokers and trading platforms – so that user-defined instructions can be relayed to your MetaTrader accounts according to your configuration.
• Communication platforms – such as Telegram or email providers, to deliver alerts and notifications you have enabled.
• Payment processors – to handle subscription and billing payments securely.
• Hosting, logging and security providers – which supply the infrastructure on which TV2Broker runs.

Where required by law, we may also share information with regulators or law‑enforcement authorities.

6. Data retention

We keep your information only for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy:

• Account and contact data for as long as your TV2Broker account is active and for a limited period afterwards for backups, accounting and dispute resolution.
• Trading and technical logs for a limited period needed to operate, secure and improve the services.
• Billing and payment records for the period required by applicable law.

We use technical and organisational measures designed to protect your information, including:

• Encrypted connections (such as HTTPS/TLS) for data in transit.
