Overview & Installation
The TV2Broker Chrome Extension allows you to seamlessly execute manual and automated trades directly from the TradingView web interface without the need for complex webhooks or TradingView paid plans.
1. Install the Extension
Go to the Chrome Web Store, search for TV2Broker Connector, and click Add to Chrome. Or, download it directly using the button below:

Click the puzzle icon in your Chrome toolbar and pin the TV2Broker extension for easy access. Click the extension icon to open TradingView.
Account Setup
Once you are on the TradingView chart page, you will see the TV2Broker floating panel. The first tab is your Account tab.
- License Key: Paste your TV2Broker API Key here. A green light on the indicator will confirm a successful connection.
- Symbol Name: Enter the exact symbol name as it appears in your MetaTrader broker (e.g., XAUUSD or EURUSD.pro).
- Connection Type: Choose Cloud (Mobile) if you are using the cloud platform, or PC (Computer) if you are using the local MetaTrader EA.
- Sound Alerts: Enable this to hear a beep sound whenever an order is successfully sent.
Manual Trading (Trade Tab)
The Trade tab transforms your TradingView screen into a professional execution terminal.
Pro Tip: You can place both Market Execution and Pending Orders directly from this tab without ever leaving the chart.
Available Settings:
- Order Type: Toggle between Market Orders and Pending Orders.
- Volume (Lot): Set your desired trade size.
- Stop Loss & Take Profit: Set up to 4 Take Profit levels and a Stop Loss.
- Trailing Stop & Breakeven: Configure advanced trade management features. (For PC Connection, set these directly here. For Cloud/Mobile Connection, you can configure them directly from your Cloud Account Dashboard).
Auto Trading (Settings Tab)
The Settings tab enables fully automated trading by reading your indicator signals directly from the TradingView Data Window. No TradingView paid plan is required!
Step 1: Open the Data Window
In TradingView, click the "Data Window" icon on the right sidebar. You must keep this window open for the extension to read the signals.
Step 2: Map the Plot Labels
Look at the Data Window to see what your indicator outputs when a signal occurs (e.g., "1" or "Buy"). Enter these exact labels into the Buy Data Window Match and Sell Data Window Match fields in the extension.
Step 3: Enable Auto Trade
Once you've configured your lot size, stop loss, and mapped the data window labels, the extension will automatically fire trades to your MetaTrader whenever the indicator plots a signal.
Managing Orders (Orders Tab)
The Orders tab gives you complete control over your currently open positions directly from TradingView.
Note: The Orders tab is only supported when connected to the Cloud (Mobile) webhook. If you are using the PC connection, you must manage your orders inside MetaTrader.
- View Open Trades: See all running trades, including their lot sizes, entry prices, and live profit/loss.
- Close Individual Trades: Click the "Close Position" button next to any trade to close it instantly.
- Close All Trades: Use the "Close All Positions" button to exit the market entirely with a single click.
